The grooved end resilient seated swing check valve is an automatic type valve allowing one way flow only. UL/FM approved and suitable for the Firefighting industry. When the medium flows forward, the valve disc opens under the medium pressure. When the medium is stopped and flows backward, the valve disc closes under spring force and reverse fluid pressure, which shuts off the passage and prevents backflow.
